Gerald demonstrates a powerful ability to execute in any type of environment. He has successfully navigated working for Fortune 100 companies, family-run companies, turnarounds, and portfolio companies, including management buyouts and corporate spin-offs. Adapting quickly to new environments-including evolving leadership requirements, unique ownership models, and/or high degrees of board oversight-Gerald brings a sense of urgency to every engagement about executing on the company's vision, mission, and strategies.

Gerald has more than 20 years of experience facilitating more than 30 mergers and acquisitions and hundreds of change initiatives. He has helped a range of private equity firms and companies (or company divisions) develop the thinking and behavioral skills that are needed to speed up the implementation of any strategy, vision, or initiative. Gerald addresses how human factors-including behavior and communication patterns used in information-gathering and decision-making-impact business processes and corporate success.

Gerald utilizes the work of Dr. Chris Argyris of Harvard University, including his ground breaking research on barriers to implementing change and the transfer of knowledge within organizations. In addition, Gerald's early experience is rooted in the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He has studied with the founders of NLP, Dr. John Grinder, Richard Bandler, and Leslie Cameron Bandler. NLP is universally accepted as the model for studying the behaviors that lead to excellence and then transmitting, or reproducing, those behaviors in others so that organizations as a whole experience success in executing their strategies, initiatives, and ideas.

Before Fuzhen Group, Gerald was a founder and partner of Harvard Brown (which became Fuzhen Group) and Team XCEL Partners, a consulting and private investment firm. In addition, Gerald worked for Digital Equipment Corporation from 1986 to 1992.

Gerald co-authored GroupWare for Competitive Advantage, which discusses barriers to collaboration and communication and the use of GroupWare to overcome those challenges. He also has been published in Computer Dealer and Fairchild. Gerald has taught courses at the University of Chicago School of Business and the University of California-Berkeley and is also a sought-after speaker, presenting to such groups as Ashland Chemical, American Management Association, Executive Council, Executive Enterprises, Jelly & Preserve Association, Meeting Planners International, Pacific Agenda, and Society of Concurrent Engineering.

John F. Levy

Mr. Levy has over 28 years of progressive financial, accounting and business experience, including having served as chief financial officer of both public and private companies for over 13 years. Mr. Levy was most recently Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of MediaBay, Inc., a NASDAQ company, for the past 7 1/2 years. He resigned following the completion of a $35 million preferred stock offering in March 2005. While at MediaBay, the company completed six acquisitions and raised over $150 million.

Mr. Levy is a certified public accountant with nine years of experience with the national public accounting firms of Ernst & Young, Laventhol & Horwath and Grant Thornton. Mr. Levy is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and received his MBA from St. Joseph's University.

In addition to his consulting work, Mr. Levy currently serves on the Board of Directors of one company and is actively seeking additional Board seats and assignments as Audit Committee chairperson of public companies. Mr. Levy is a financial expert with the experience and knowledge required by Board members in the current climate. Mr. Levy's knowledge and experience in corporate governance and financial reporting will strengthen any company's commitment to be a leader in providing full disclosure and financial transparency to shareholders and the financial community.

Mr. Levy and his wife Janet have two sons, Brian and Andrew. Brian is a senior at the University of Pennsylvania and Andrew is a freshman at Lafayette College.

Angela Mattingly

Angie Mattingly's background includes consulting in the area of integrative healthcare-taking several of her hospital-clients out of the red and into profitability-as well as leading a regional sales team and founding and running her own business.

As sales manager for a large, leading-edge training and development company, Angie consistently exceeded expected results. From 2002 to 2004, Angie was the company's head of the Cincinnati office, where she:

Angie began her career as a registered nurse, working in various clinical settings from 1985 to 1999.

David Klinger

David is a technology business leader, having held leadership positions in a number of technology firms. David and Gerald worked together in the spring of 2006 in serving HomeDirectUSA, which is owned by TRP.

Also an entrepreneur, David is the founder of KDM Technology Partners, a dual-use technology incubator. Previously, David was the vice president of strategic development at Science and Technology International, where he was responsible for leading STI Research, as well as all corporate strategic development efforts. Before STI, David was the President and CEO of a travel software start-up, Get2Hawaii.

Previous positions include vice president of Telecom and Media at Darwin Partners, a national IT consulting company (where his accomplishments at Darwin included more than doubling sales in his first year from $21M to $45M), and vice president for Professional Services at Smart Signal, an early stage high tech start-up in Lisle, IL. David also worked with Cambridge Technology Partners as a senior director (client partner) in both the Rapid Application Development and E-Commerce groups.

David also has more than 14 years of experience at Bell Laboratories and AT&T, where he held positions of progressive responsibility in technical and consulting organizations, most recently as business development director for AT&T's management consulting organization. Vance Swope

Consultant

Vance brings his knowledge of statistics and behavior to assist Fuzhen Group in speeding time to implementation and facilitating training rollout's. He also assists Fuzhen in increasing the success rates of clients' acquisitions by helping facilitate strategic and cultural alignment between private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Vance also brings his skill in helping employees overcome their inherent resistance to organizational change.

Vance earned his B.S. degree in Psychology from Monmouth College in 2004. Pete DeLisi

Pete DeLisi is a long time collaborator with Fuzhen Group on medium to large-scale strategy development and implementation projects. O'Dwyer and DeLisi first started working together in 1986 on customer projects at Digital Equipment Corporation.

He is founder and President of Organizational Synergies, a strategy consulting firm located in Fremont, California. Prior to his current position, DeLisi spent 16 years at DEC, eight as a consultant to DEC's Fortune 500 customers.

In addition to an extensive consulting background, DeLisi has more than 20 years of experience in senior sales and marketing positions with both DEC and IBM. This real-world experience has provided him with a wealth of practical knowledge that consistently informs his consulting work.

DeLisi is a member of the World Future Society, and is widely respected for his ability to translate leading-edge thinking into practical organizational principles. His keen insights have been featured in such notable publications as Sloan Management Review, Harvard Business Review, Business Horizons, and Journal of Management Inquiry.

In addition to his consulting work, DeLisi is the Academic Dean of the Information Technology Leadership Program (ITLP) at Santa Clara University. This educational program is designed to provide IT executives with the general management and executive-level skills they need to successfully lead their organizations.

DeLisi has a B.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of Detroit, and has completed post-graduate work in meteorology, philosophy and psychology. For the past 18 years, Pete has worked closely with Edgar Scheien, one of the foremost authorities in organizational behavior from the MIT Sloan School of Management. They have co-authored the book "DEC is dead, Long Live DEC."

Andrea Manning

Andrea has earned her M.A. degree in English and brings 14 years of marketing and business communications experience. She worked for the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, f.k.a. the Council of Logistics Management, during a period of sustained growth in the 1990s when the Council's membership more than doubled. Most recently, Andrea worked for KPMG LLP as a senior proposal writer, where she worked directly with firm partners on the firm's high-fee proposal opportunities. Andrea is experienced in dealing with quick turn-around, deadline situations as well as rapid-growth situations, where growth can out pace (and tax) existing resources.
