CHICAGO - Performance and development expert Maria Barella has joined the Chicago/San Francisco-based consultancy team of the Fuzhen Group.

She is a credentialed trainer and instructional designer with a B.A. in Mass Communications with emphasis in Marketing and Advertising from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.

She has 10 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing strategically-aligned training and performance solutions for groups ranging from 10 to 1,000 people. She integrates Fuzhen principles with a unique set of design principles and customized approach that insures focused impact.
