CHICAGO - The Fuzhen Group conducted a seminar on implementing corporate changes today (Feb. 5, 2004) at the Union League Club in downtown Chicago.
Gerald O'Dwyer, Fuzhen's founder and seminar leader, said that the seminar today focused on training and role playing for managers and team members of U.S. corporations. The new skills sets that participants gain assists them in dealing with the human factor, the typical place of resistance to change, O'Dwyer said. They learn how to better communicate with team members and more efficiently affect changes within organizations, he said.
Participants enjoy the many amenities of the ULC, including many famous works of art on display at the club. O'Dwyer said the ULC will be the site for more seminars this year.
